RETURNS

We accept returns up to 14 days after you receive your order.
All item(s) must be returned in NEW / UNUSED condition and in original unopened product packaging. Buyer pays return shipping and must provide a tracking number with insurance.
Jewel City Tools is not responsible for a refund if item(s) are lost or damaged during return shipping. All returns should be packed in proper packaging to avoid damage to the item or it original packaging.
All returns must be issued an RMA number. Please contact Customer Support via eBay and you will be assigned an RMA number and instructions on how to proceed with your return. Please allow 3-5 business days after we receive your package to process your return.
