JFJ Easy Pro Machine For Parts Not Working! READ DESCRIPTION - WORKS SEMI
This machine has only had about 200 discs ran through it and is still semi functional. THIS IS A PUSH NUT VERSION.
The issue:
Right out of the box when I bought this, I couldn't get a good secured grip on the disc when placing the push nut on. It would pop off the spindle at times and cause the machine to become louder and not buff discs properly. Push nut would not secure properly because the push nut comes with a red "jelly" like substance that protects the disc from getting scratches on it, and would protrude too much, causing me to not be able to fasten the push nut into place properly. Because this issue. I tried remedying the situation by peeling away some of the red stuff off the push nut and it DOES WORK SOMETIMES, but now it's causing discs to become cracked in the inner ring. Sometimes it doesn't.
YOU WILL NEED TO PURCHASE A NEW PUSH NUT FROM JFJ, BY CALLING THEM DIRECTLY. I have tried sourcing eBay and have not came across a push nut spare and would just rather upgrade to an Eco Pro 2.
